For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated my career to one mission: helping businesses build systems that create long-term growth, scalability, and freedom.My journey began with nearly eight years of honorable service in the United States Navy, where I served aboard multiple naval vessels and specialized in nuclear submarine repair, missile guidance systems, shipboard operations, damage control, and maritime security. I earned multiple military awards, qualified across several advanced warfare disciplines, and completed specialized VBSS (Visit, Board, Search, and Seizure) training for compliant and non-compliant boarding operations. The Navy taught me something I still live by today: discipline, planning, teamwork, and execution win every time.
After military service, I applied those principles to entrepreneurship.I’ve spent the last two decades launching companies, building brands, creating marketing campaigns, producing commercial media, designing technology products, and helping organizations improve operations through strategy, systems, and innovation.As a founding member of the National R&B Music Society, I helped establish the organization’s early digital presence, designed its original branding, and contributed to the foundation of what has grown into a nationally recognized nonprofit celebrating legendary R&B artists through concerts and the R&B Walk of Fame in Atlantic
Today, I’m the founder and co-founder of several ventures spanning AI technology, event planning, hospitality, mobile applications, and international business. My current projects include ExecutiveBots.ai, an AI executive productivity platform, and Aztec VIP, a premium event planning and security company serving New Jersey. I also own and operate hospitality businesses internationally while leading distributed teams of developers, designers, marketers, and business professionals across multiple countries.My executive team includes experienced leaders in operations, finance, marketing, technology, product development, client success, and administration. Together, we build businesses designed to operate through documented systems, standard operating procedures, and leadership—not owner dependency.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped organizations develop brands, launch marketing campaigns, create mobile applications, produce commercials, improve operational efficiency, and identify new growth opportunities.
